Defeated 3-1by Turkey, same result suffered against the European champions of Holland: a negative beginning for the Women National, embedded in Group A of Championship Division. Nikoleta Stefanova overcame He after three quick games; afterwards, the Italian lineup suffered three defeats with Wenling Tan Monfardini (2-3 against Hu), Laura Negrisoli (defeated by Ozler 3-0) and with Niko (2-3 against Hu). In the evening match, our National team had the same result with the match against Holland: a good beginning, thanks to Wenling's victory on Li Jie (25th in world ranking), immediately nullified by Li Jiao, who defeated the two athletes of Sterilgarda Tennis Tavolo Castel Goffredo.
Today at 2PM third and last match, against Germany. With regard to the Men Team, Bobocica Mihai Razvan and co did their best with the match vs Finland (3-0), but could nothing against Greece. Last match of this round is against Estonia. Here the matches:

The Women lineup headed by our Nikoleta Stefanova and Wenling Tan Monfardini gives up prematurely the European Competition after a sour heat: the Italian National surrendered after the last match, against the German team, in the last position of Group A. Tomorrow morning at 10.00 Niko and Wenling will have to fight in order to place within 9th and 16th position. The team of Bobocica Mihai Razvan defeated Estonia 3-0, placing after Greece. Same result obtained in the afternoon against Slovakia, for positions 17-24. Here the updated results:

It could not be worse: no words to comment the adventure of the Women Team at Stuttgart Europeans. After the negative start against Turkey, Nikoleta Stefanova and Wenling Tan Monfardini gained two more KO in the heats, one against Holland and the other against Germany. Following, the sole victory against Russia, before the further hidings by Ukraine and Austria that caused the relegation to Challenge Division.

No better for the Men team who lost by a hair the promotion to the Championship Division. A 3-1 defeat in the match against England.
A very nice performance by our Bobocica Mihai Razvan who overcome Knigth 3 to 1 and obtained the advantage, before the opponents recovered and turned the situation to the half point 2-1. Then Bobo again on stage, but could nothing against the adversary Drinkhall. Though the disappointment, the overall permormance was really positive.
