09.18.2009 - Towards the second victory
The countdown of the new season has just begun. From Monday 28 and Thursday 29 of September, the 2009/2010 Italian Championship will start, with the first round matches. Main characters will be Nikoleta Stefanova, Wenling Tan Monfardini, Daniela Dodean and Yang Xiaoxin, engaged in the away match against Montepaschi Libertas Siena on the 28th. Last season, the match took place on the 1st of December and Sterilgarda obtained an easy victory 4-0.
On the other side, the current Champions have to vindicate the shield won last year, and the first hurdle Bobocica Mihai Razvan, Joao Monteiro, Guo Jinhao and Marco Rech Dal Dosso have to face will be Marcozzi Cagliari, showing a renweed lineup, compared to last year. The team has welcomed the 23-year-old Zhang Kuo, the 29-year-old Bohumil Vozicki and the Russian Maxim Kutznetsov. The match will take place on Thursday 29th of September at Palatennistavolo, 8 PM.
