It could not have been a better performance, the first stage of the European Champions League has resulted in a fantastic victory against the strong French lineup!
The skill of Yang Min's group has been to endure during the first two matches and finally to conquer the critical lead towards the final result.
Joao Monteiro on stage as first, lost the first game 11-6 against the oponent Chila; the same happened in the second game till our player reached the opponent and won. The following 45 minutes were characterised by really hard fought games, the opponent got a yellow card due to protests, but finally Joao overcame and obtained the first score.
Next match, Guo Jinhao vs Lebesson, repeated what happened before, and our Guo managed to recover from his disadvantage and to win the last game 11-8. The final match was performed by Mihai Razvan Bobocica who let no way out to the Russian Rubtsov, 61st of world ranking. The final result: 3-0.
