09.28.2009 - Great performance
Though Nikoleta Stefanova and Daniela Dodean remained in Castel Goffredo for training, the women team Sterilgarda Tennis Tavolo has begun brilliantly its Championship conquering the victory against Siena. The actual protagonist was the 19-year-old Tatyana Steshenko, able to win both the matches she played. Our lineup dominaned from the beginning: for the whole first match, Yang Xiaoxin let only 14 scores to the opponent Giulia Cavalli. Then Tanya got easily rid of Muratori giving her 13 scores. The same happened later, with Wenling Tan Monfardini against Ferri. In the fourth and last match Steshenko overcame Cavalli for 3-0.
The match lasted only an hour and our players had the opportunity to reaffirm their primacy.
