10.16.2009 - Clinched the Third!
As asked by TT Italian Federation, before the match was read a communication about the world's mobilization against poverty (see http://www.sterilgardatt.com/webadmin/include/fileviewerAdmin.asp?ID=187)..
And the challenge began. Wearing the blue shirt, Sterilgarda Tennis Tavolo Castel Goffredo lined up Mihai Razvan Bobocica as first, against Marek Klasek. A balanced first game, with some mistakes by Bobo, ended 11-9 for the opponent, who quickly got also the following game. Our player managed then to recover and reached the draw: 2-2. The adversary now sped away, Bobo tried to recover but was not able to overcome Klasek, winner of this first match.
The next match, between Guo Jinhao and Richard Vyborny, saw our Chinese a little hindered and forced to tag: on the score 10-8 for Viborny, Guo was able to wring this first game. Following one, played score by score and characterised by nice hits; but the draw 7-7 was turned by Guo in a victory 11-7. In the third and last game the adversary tried to react but was overwhelmed by our fantastic player, who obtained the first score for Sterilgarda.
1 to 1, Monteiro protagonist of the third match with Stefano Tomasi, who created him some difficulties before surrendering 11-8. The same situation in the next game, Monteiro already counted on his victory but the Italian adversary was able to overcome him. The final hits was performed by Joao who put an end to his match and gave the second score to his club.
Match four, Bobocica taught a hard lesson to Vyborny, who suffered the adversary in only three games.
Monteiro again, now with the task to close the challenge: opposed to Klasek, our player left few scores to the opponent and conquered an easy match.
This sounds as the rerun of the final match of 2008/2009 Italian Championship, Sterilgarda distances itself from the opposing clubs and flies to the peak.
