11.20.2009 - The leaders from the very top
Sterilgarda Tennis Tavolo Castel Goffredo has flown towards the very top of the ranking.
In the starting match, Xiaoxin Yang obtained the easy first game against Lin Hong 11 to 3; but the adversary managed to reverse the situation winning twice 11-8. Our athlete decided then to reach the opponent to the decisive fifth game but she finally did not manage to overcome.
The host team's advantage 1-0 lasted for short, Daniela Dodean got rid quickly of Sara Montalbano and the score was re-established. The third match, a sort of training according to our Wenling Tan Monfardini, only left 5 total scores to the unfortunate Luana Montalbano: Sterilgarda one-up. Next turn for Dodean, who faced Lin Hong, the first game in the hands of our player for 11-9, same destiny for the following one, won 11-6 by Daniela again. In the third game the adversary was able to stand out and win, but immediately Daniela decided to close the match and gain the third score for Sterilgarda. Xiaoxin obtained the final victory, winning 3-0 over Wei Jian.
Thanks to this important performance, our ladies can now look down from their top place!!!
